CEO SCHOOL

Bookings

Registrations are final when the deposit is received in full. By registering, the Participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions and to receive the CEO School Newsletter.

Confirmation

The School will confirm the booking by email.

Paying the initial deposit

The Participant must pay an initial deposit of 50% of the total cost of the course in order to secure their place. The deposit is non-refundable.

Paying the balance

The balance shall be paid to CEO School not later than 15 September 2011. Failure to complete final payment may result in forfeiture of your booking and deposit.

All payments shall be made by the Participant by Electronic Funds Transfer to such bank account as the CEO School will notify to the Participant.

Cancellations, transfers and refunds

All cancellations must be advised in writing.  Cancellation fees apply as stated below:

More than 70 days prior to the course start date:
• Cancellation with no charge.

70-39 days prior to the course start date:
• A cancellation charge of 45% of the balance.

39 days or less prior to the course start date:
• No refund

Transfers or substitutions may be approved at the discretion of the CEO School.  All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If for any reason it is necessary to cancel the course, participants will be informed as soon as possible and full or pro rata refunds of fees paid including deposits will be made. No further liability will be accepted.

There are no refunds of course fees paid after arrival or compensation for missed days.

Brochure and Website Accuracy

Every effort has been made to ensure that all information contained in CEO School’s communications and website is accurate at the time of publication. The company cannot be held responsible for changes that may have occurred since publication of any materials and accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions.

Speakers

The CEO School reserves the right to change the schedule of Speakers for any reason by notifying you in writing of the change and detailing substitute Speakers,

(a) we shall have no liability to you; and

(b) you shall make no claim against us (including for a refund), in respect of the same.

Unused Tour Services

Tour services included in the package price, such as meals, excursions, hotel accommodation and ground transportation etc. that are not utilised or taken, are non-refundable.

Hotels

The Bali Retreat cost is based on standard rooms with private bathrooms at Villa Rumi, unless different accommodations have been requested. Should any property not be available, an alternate of similar standard will be offered. Should you require larger or different accommodations please make the request to the CEO School as early as possible in the booking process. The Bali Retreat cost includes 7 nights’ accommodation. Should you wish to extend your stay please make the request to the CEO School as early as possible in the booking process.

Air Transportation

The participant is wholly responsible for making their own personal travel arrangements from their City, to and from Bali.  It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure their travel arrangements coincide accordingly with the course dates. Where possible it is recommended by the CEO School to arrive no later than 5 November and to depart no earlier than the 12 November.

CEO School Bali Retreat information

Approximately 2 weeks prior to your departure you will receive a travel package containing everything you need for your CEO School Bali Retreat. Included will be your final itinerary, complete with all contact information and details of the retreat, including all starting times, excursion maps and tourist information.

Cancellation, Luggage & Accident Insurance

We strongly recommend for your own protection that you take out insurance to cover you in case of a forced cancellation, loss or damage of luggage, personal injury, accident, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, none of which CEO School can be liable for.

Responsibility

CEO School and/or its agents, act only as agents in making arrangements for hotels, sightseeing, transportation or any other service in connection with the itineraries of individual tour members who by acceptance thereof, acknowledge that the sponsoring organization and/or its agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to the act or default of any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing or rendering of services included in the tours.

Further, the sponsoring organization and/or its agents accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, industrial disputes, health risks, reason of war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, closure or congestion of airports, cancellations or changes of airline schedules or any similar event, including acts of God, which are beyond our control.

If any service or its reasonable equivalent is not provided due to events beyond the reasonable control of CEO School, the company shall make an appropriate refund of that portion of the tour price covering the undelivered tour service. It is understood that CEO School shall have no other or further responsibility or liability either for the accuracy of any representation or the non-provision of any tour services.

CEO School reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour or tour service if circumstances so require, including but not limited to reasons of insufficient numbers of tour participants. In the event of this occurrence CEO School will make full refund of all payments received in respect to the tour. Such a refund of payments shall be the full extent of CEO School’s obligation and liability to the travellers.
